Craft Strategies LLC Expands into International Services Offerings with the Addition of Executive Partners

Redondo Beach, California, February 17, 2011 - Mr. Phil Harding and Mr. Richard (Dick) Dadamo have joined Craft Strategies, LLC, to lead the newly formed Global Business Strategies Practice.  This deeply knowledgeable executive team has decades-long experience developing and implementing business strategies in Pacific Rim countries.  They each have nurtured start-up companies through to successful ongoing enterprises and continue to serve as members of Board of Directors and advisors to executive teams.

Mr. Harding joins Craft from MFLEX.  In 1987, he joined the company as a "turn around" CEO.  Upon retiring in 2008, as Chairman of the Board, annual sales had grown over 1,100%.  During his tenure he led MFLEX through establishing manufacturing capabilities in China.  Phil continues to bring his extensive knowledge, experience and vision to companies entering the Pacific Rim market through executive coaching and training.

Mr. Dadamo has been following China’s evolution for over 40 years and has focused on providing professional services related to doing business in the Pacific Rim. His introduction to doing business in Asia was in 1965, when he began forming companies in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.  His portfolio of clients includes Univac, Electronic Memories and TRW, Inc. 

Phil and Dick will lead the Global Business Strategies practice with a strategic focus on Pacific Rim business approaches.  Their combined experience will benefit any company seeking the cost effective ways of building, delivering and selling products in the global marketplace.
