Dr. Don Saracco joined Craft Strategies, LLC with over thirty years experience doing talent and organizational development in manufacturing, financial services, health care, entertainment, gaming, and government organizations as a manager, executive, and consultant. Client organizations with which he has worked include Mattel, Inc., Bank One, WAMU, The Irvine Company, Boyd Gaming, DirecTV, and Countrywide. In addition, he serves as an adjunct faculty member for a private business school where he supervises doctoral students in business and teaches courses on team development, leadership, and change management. Kathleen is the Partner and practice lead for Craft Strategies' Business Continuity and Strategic Planning Services. She has over 25 years business, project management and consulting experience in a variety of industries, including financial services, consumer goods manufacturing, retail supply chain and information technology. Her clients have been among the top global financial institutions and technology industry businesses.

Strategies and plans developed by her project teams have been successfully invoked during crises. Kathleen has managed enterprise-wide Business Continuity Management activities that have included Executive decision support for operations prioritization, risk and impact analysis, BCM Program strategy design and crisis management governance modeling. She maintains a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) designation from Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII).
